Where We Ship
Birdie Chaser currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.99 per order.
Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During busy periods, product launches, promotions, or carrier delays, processing and delivery times may take a little longer.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow a little time for the carrier to update tracking after the label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Birdie Chaser is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at gurdy@birdiechaser.com.
If Your Package Says Delivered But Is Missing
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please first check around your delivery area, including porches, side doors, mail areas, and with neighbors or household members.
If the package still has not turned up after 24 hours, email gurdy@birdiechaser.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help with next steps.
